With several dining rooms and a Ballroom that can host as many as 300, Manufacturers’ Golf & Country Club hosts a number of Club-sponsored membership events, private parties, weddings, golf outings, meetings, and several other special events. Our main restaurant is open year-round and we offer our membership terrace dining which maintains excellent business during our warmer months.
If you are service oriented, have experience in hospitality, a great attitude, and are a hardworking individual, MGCC is the place for you! Manufacturers’ Golf and Country Club offers both seasonal and non-seasonal as well as full and part-time positions.
Below are descriptions of our current openings:
Daily service of lunch and/or dinner. Our goal is to provide our members with a “home away from home” environment that is friendly and comfortable while offering consistent, first-class service. Servers must have a friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and a reasonable level of interest and knowledge of food and wine. Training is continuous and knowledge of our seasonal menu items, service standards, and attention to detail is expected. Experience is required to be considered for this position.

Á la Carte Servers
Banquet ServersOur unique Clubhouse facilities are capable of hosting a variety of special events. From over-the-top weddings with up to 300 guests to small intimate luncheon affairs of 10, our special occasions and events allow for many facets of service. Banquet servers are expected to provide our members and their guests with first-rate service standards while portraying an excellent, friendly attitude. Banquet servers create the initial and lasting impressions that guests experience when attending events at our Club. Hours are sporadic and fluctuate with demand of business. Those seeking occasional shifts are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience is required to be considered for this position.
BartendersBartenders are responsible for greeting members and displaying a friendly demeanor while operating in both our ála carte setting as well as banquet functions. This position requires flexibility, a great attitude and a genuine interest in meeting and exceeding the expectations of our members and their guests. As demands can range from low key, quiet afternoons in our restaurant to incredibly busy evenings, it is essential that candidates provide consistent, first-rate service. We offer an extensive wine list so it is required that all applicants have prior experience and a working knowledge of and interest in wine.
Food Runners/BussersAs the important connection between the front and back of the house, this position is essential to the efficiency of our ála carte operation. Requirements for this position include having a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality. Experience is preferred for this fast paced position.
These positions are classified as Part-Time, but can lead to Full-Time opportunities. Due to the nature of our business, Weekend, Evening, and Holiday availability is a must.
