"I cannot begin to describe our wedding at Manufacturer's Golf and Country Club. This is the most picturesque venue you could imagine with the club sitting on top of a hill looking over the golf course. When we visited for the first time we knew this was the place we would get married!! Beside the venue speaking for itself, Linda Hower, the Director of Catering, is absolutely amazing to work with. Without her i don't know if it would have gone as well. She catered to our every need and even offered things we didn't think about. The items included in the package were so great we felt like we didn't have to do that much work and worrying. Another great perk is getting ready on site and doing both the ceremony and reception there. The food is also excellent and the guests were pleased. It couldn't have gone better and I wish we could get married there every year!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"Deciding to have our wedding at MGCC was one of the best decisions we made throughout the planning process. The wedding coordinator, Linda, was beyond amazing from our first meeting to the day of our wedding. We met with her several times before our wedding and she was extremely helpful, accommodating, and took so much stress out of the planning process for us. She was always responsive to emails as well. We chose this venue because of its historic estate atmosphere, beautiful gardens, and plenty of location options for the ceremony. We planned to have the ceremony in the wooded area, however it ended up raining almost all day on our wedding day. We were still able to have the ceremony outside under the covered patio in the back even though it was pouring down rain! The ballroom was also beautiful and the space worked great for our intimate wedding of 50 people. We were also able to get this venue at a discount for our Friday wedding! Floral centerpieces and the wedding cake were just a couple of the amazing amenities included in the wedding package. Our guests still rave about how fantastic the food was! Thanks for everything Linda and MGCC!"

As I sit here and contemplate where to even start, I begin to think about my special day and all the days leading up to it. Linda Hower, the Catering Director over at Manufacturers’, from the moment I met her at the Philly Bridal Expo was nothing but exceptional. After touring the venue and falling head over heels, she wrote out a personalized card thanking my Fiancé, parents and myself for coming out and seeing the venue. Even before we signed with her, she was always just an email or phone call away for questions that she never rushed through to answer. She was so warm and welcoming and it only began there. As the months progressed she was always available for random stop ins, in fact, she encouraged them. She wanted me to see other weddings there and how the room was set up to give us ideas for our big day. As far as the big wedding day goes, Linda made it so that everything went off without a hitch! Our day was perfect and if I could, I would say that even Linda made it so that the weather was fantastic. Our day, just thinking about it, was positively fantastic. The food was to die for, as was the venue! Thank you for making everything so special, Linda, you made it so that our day was beyond spectacular!

I used Manufacturer's Golf and Country Club for our wedding ceremony and reception. We knew immediately after our first visit with Linda (Banquet Manager) that we would have our wedding at MGCC. The facilities and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The building has great character with lots of architectural details. You won't find a more professional and personable manager than Linda. She has been with the club for a long time and she knows everyone's name. She always has the biggest smile. I knew that working with Linda will allow me peace of mind. We were married in May 2013 and I have received and continue to receive so many compliments on my wedding and the facility. A friend recently told me that she had been to 5 weddings this year and ours was her favorite and one of the biggest factors was that she loved the location. The FOOD - can I tell you that you won't find selections or taste any better than MGCC. Everything is top notch. The staff were amazing - we were we waited on all day. Anything we wanted, they made it happen. They were so much fun too. I used the Knot reviews to find places to visit for the wedding. I was looking for something very specific - beautiful outside grounds, a building with character and excellent food. I found that in Manufacturer's Golf and Country Club. I can't say enough good things or rate them high enough. A friend recently told me that she had been to 5 weddings this year and ours was her favorite and one of the biggest factors was that she loved the location and the food.

"There are just a few times in your life when you want things to be perfect. The marriage of your son is one of those. You want the venue to be majestic, the service impeccable and your guests to thoroughly enjoy themselves. You want your son and his bride to remember every moment of their reception with happiness and pride.
Manufacturers’ fulfilled those dreams for us. From start to finish, you hit a home run. Linda would not have been more gracious, patient, organized and on top of things. She thought of things before we did, nothing was too small a detail for her. She assuaged any trepidations of the bride and groom with professionalism and a caring attitude. When Friday night traffic proved to be an issue, Linda seamlessly moved the schedule back a half hour and all were able to arrive and enjoy cocktail hour. Her calm in the face of what seemed to be at times, craziness, was wonderful to witness.
The Manufacturers’ staff was simply outstanding. As the mother of the groom, I felt like a princess. Perry and Tori seemed to be at my side throughout the night. They did not wait for us to request things, they came to us and asked what they would do to help, was there anything we needed. Matthew and Sarah mirrored our feelings, and were impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. We didn’t worry about anything all night.
The food was remarkable. Many of our friends, even Manufacturers’ members commented on the absolute perfection of the food, especially the filets and the lamp chops. My father who lives to eat was in heaven. “I have never has a filet like that. I would cut it with my fork. Kudos to the chef!” And the cake presentation was the finest Jim and I have ever seen. The non-melting ice cream, with the berries and whipped cream were really special.
Jim and I will look back on that night as a magical one. A night when our son became a husband. And a night that Manufacturers’ played a large part in. Thank you.

Memorial Service Luncheon
“I wanted to share with you how proud I was of our Club for the tremendous service we received in an unusual situation last week.
Last Saturday we had the funeral for Deb's mother, followed by what we thought was to be a reception and luncheon at an establishment close to the Church. Unfortunately, some of the arrangements at that establishment were mishandled, and accordingly when the family and friends showed up for the luncheon, nothing was prepared.
Fortunately for us, I called Manufacturers' and talked with Linda. I told her the situation, that we had 60 people in the parking lot with no place to go. Obviously, the situation was slightly stressful for the family given the circumstances. I asked if Linda could accommodate us in 15 minutes. Not only did she accommodate us, but when we arrived their was a sign in the foyer directing our guests, the tables were already set up in the formal dining room and a full bar stocked and ready for us. Remarkable! Linda had told me on the phone, she was not sure what the Club would have available to serve us. I told her we did have some vegetarians and vegans in the group and asked her to do what she could. Incredibly, not only did we have food for everyone, but it was delicious and promptly prepared. The entire event went off without any issues. Truthfully, to the guests it seemed as though we had planned this event a week earlier. The staff was incredible as always.
There were guests among the 60 from all over the country, and everyone was so impressed with the way Linda and the entire staff accomplished this incredible feat on 15 minutes notice. Many commented that their country clubs could never have pulled off such a feat. They were so complimentary and grateful.
I was never prouder of Manny's nor more appreciative of Linda and our staff for truly exceptional service. A special thank you from the Lovelidges. This was truly amazing customer service. Even more astonishing was that this was done the afternoon of the Club's annual holiday party, so there was so much work to be accomplished for the party that night. I was so impressed and proud.
Thanks again, I hope you share this story with the Board and our members. I know you hear more complaints than compliments. Please thank the staff for us - Deb and I will find a way to do that personally, but coming from you would even mean more. We will always remember this day and the way Manufacturers' treated us. Deb's mother loved to visit Manny's with us - so it was really a fitting way to honor her life.”
